Cindy Gomez Makeup offers professional makeup artistry services including bridal styling, editorial makeup, special occasion glam, and beauty education through workshops and tutorials. All services are performed by certified artists using cruelty-free products. Specific service details, durations, and inclusions are confirmed during consultation prior to booking.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about skin sensitivities, allergies, and medical conditions that may affect makeup application. For bridal services, clients should attend scheduled trials and communicate preferences clearly. Cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours before the appointment time.
Our artists commit to arriving at the agreed location on time, using professional-grade cruelty-free products, and maintaining hygiene standards throughout the session. We respect client preferences and adjust techniques to suit individual skin tones and facial features. Any product substitutions due to availability will be discussed with the client beforehand.
While we take every precaution to ensure satisfaction, Cindy Gomez Makeup is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed sensitivities, or for outcomes influenced by client-provided reference images that differ from actual event conditions. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We do not guarantee the longevity of makeup beyond normal wear conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client behaves disrespectfully toward staff, arrives under the influence of substances, or violates our studio policies. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the remaining portion of the session. Clients may terminate services at any time with written notice.
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
