Our bridal and special occasion makeup services are available on-location across South Africa. Travel fees may apply depending on distance from our studio. Trials are booked separately from the wedding day appointment, and we recommend scheduling your trial at least four weeks before your event.
Workshops are limited to small groups to ensure individual attention. A non-refundable deposit secures your place, with the balance due on the day of the class. All materials and cruelty-free products are provided unless stated otherwise in the course description. Certificates of participation are issued upon completion.
While we use premium cruelty-free cosmetics, individual skin reactions can vary. We recommend a patch test before any full application, especially for bridal bookings. Our artists are trained to work with diverse skin tones and conditions, but we cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions to products used during sessions or workshops.
For editorial and photoshoot projects, usage rights are discussed and agreed upon prior to the shoot. We collaborate closely with photographers and stylists to ensure the makeup vision aligns with the creative direction. A mood board and brief are required at least two weeks in advance for any editorial booking.
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the session without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a fee. For bridal packages, a detailed contract outlines all terms, including timelines and contingency plans for unexpected circumstances on the day.
Our tutorials and blog content are for educational purposes. Results may vary based on individual skill level, tools, and product availability. We encourage aspiring artists to practice regularly and reach out with specific questions — we love hearing from our community and often feature reader requests in future content.
